For assistance with Christmas dinner, gifts, and toys for children age 16 and under, families must apply before the seasonal deadline. The deadline changes each year, so check with the JCEO Outreach Center serving the town where you reside. In Beekmantown and Mooers, where there are no Outreach Centers, families should apply at their Town Offices.

Eligibility requirements
- Children age 16 and under must live in the household at the time of application.
- Applicants must provide proof of Social Security numbers for everyone in the household.
- Applicants must show proof of income for everyone in the household, including salaries, benefits, and child support.
- In custodial situations, the full Christmas package goes to the parent who will have the children on Christmas Day; that parent must apply.
